UNO Teams!
Play in pairs — you and your partner both have to empty your hands to win.
The Story
Rule Twists vs. Classic UNO
Everything below is an official printed rule unless flagged otherwise.
Team Victory Condition
Players pair into teams of two seated across from one another; a team only wins once BOTH partners have emptied their hands.
Going Out Early
If one partner plays their last card before the other, they take half of their partner's remaining hand (rounded down) and keep playing until both are empty.
Passing Symbol
Certain number cards carry a passing symbol; playing one requires that player and their teammate to each pass one card to the other.
Communication Limits
Teammates may talk during play but may never hint at the cards in their hand, and may not influence which color a partner chooses on a Wild card.
Special Cards & Action Rules

Wild Team Play colorless · 8 in deck
Choose a color, then play skips directly to your teammate. If your teammate cannot play, you must draw two cards.
Wild Team Draw Four colorless · 4 in deck
The next player draws two cards and is skipped, and that player's partner also draws two cards. The player who played it names the next color.
