The Story
UNO Roboto pairs a standard 108-card deck (plus four House Rule reference cards) with a battery-powered robot figure that serves as the discard pile holder and referee. Before play, each player records their name into the robot, and the group records a custom "House Rule" — either made up on the spot or read from one of the included House Rule cards. As players discard into the robot's head, it randomly calls out the House Rule by name, or calls out a specific player, and everyone must race to comply.
Rule Twists vs. Classic UNO
Everything below is an official printed rule unless flagged otherwise.
The Robot Referee
A battery-powered robot figure holds the discard pile in its head and randomly calls out the group's recorded House Rule, or calls a specific player by their recorded name, at unpredictable moments during play.
Custom House Rules
Before the game, players record one House Rule into the robot — either invented by the group or chosen from the included House Rule reference cards — which the robot then enforces randomly throughout the game.
