The Story
Released for Pride Month 2021 in partnership with the It Gets Better Project — a non-profit supporting LGBTQ+ youth — UNO Play with Pride carries a rainbow motif across the card backs, and its Wild cards are decorated with hearts in place of the usual ovals. Gameplay is entirely standard UNO; the edition's purpose is the design and the charitable partnership behind it, not a rules change.
Rule Twists vs. Classic UNO
Everything below is an official printed rule unless flagged otherwise.
Standard Rules, Pride Design
Gameplay is identical to classic UNO. The deck's distinction is entirely visual: a rainbow card-back motif and heart-shaped Wild cards, created in partnership with the It Gets Better Project.
