The Story
UNO Express is a compact, roughly half-sized UNO deck built for a fast round when there isn't time for a full game — a smaller box, a smaller deck, and games that wrap up considerably quicker than the standard edition, while keeping the same color/number/action matching at its core.
Rule Twists vs. Classic UNO
Everything below is an official printed rule unless flagged otherwise.
Smaller, Faster Deck
A reduced deck size shortens the game considerably compared to the standard 108-card UNO deck, while the underlying color/number/action matching rules stay the same.
