The Story
UNO Dice drops cards altogether: eleven dice — one to start a center "line" and five per player as their "hand" — replace the deck inside a compact travel-friendly tin. On a turn, a player matches one of their dice to the end of the growing dice line by number or symbol; if none match, a new die is drawn and rolled to try again. A separate roll-and-write pad version, UNO Dice Game, was also released, using dice rolls to fill in a scoresheet rather than a physical dice line.
Rule Twists vs. Classic UNO
Everything below is an official printed rule unless flagged otherwise.
Dice Instead of Cards
Eleven dice take the place of a card deck: five dice per player as their "hand," plus one center die that starts the shared dice line players match against.
Roll-and-Write Variant
A separate release, UNO Dice Game, uses dice rolls filled into a paper scoresheet instead of a physical dice line — the same core idea of replacing cards with dice, in a roll-and-write format.
