The Story
UNO Colors Rule! adds a set of character cards, each tied to one of the four base colors, that grant its holder an ongoing special power for as long as they keep it — displayed openly on one of four included card holders. Opponents playing a Wild character card can steal that power away, so control of the table's advantages shifts throughout the round on top of the usual color-and-number play.
Rule Twists vs. Classic UNO
Everything below is an official printed rule unless flagged otherwise.
Color Power Cards
Character cards tied to each color grant the holder a standing special power, displayed on a card holder in front of them, for as long as they hold it.
Power Stealing
A Wild character card lets its player steal an opponent's currently-held Color Power card, taking their power for their own.
