The Story
Released September 16, 2017, UNO ColorADD adds the ColorADD system — a set of small geometric symbols, each standing for a specific color — to every card. An estimated 300 million people worldwide are colorblind to some degree; this edition lets them identify a card's color by shape rather than by color perception, while the rules of play stay completely standard.
Rule Twists vs. Classic UNO
Everything below is an official printed rule unless flagged otherwise.
ColorADD Symbols
Each card carries a small geometric ColorADD symbol identifying its color, so a colorblind player can read color by symbol shape rather than hue. Gameplay is unchanged from classic UNO.
